“I have been bringing my dog and two cats to the pet doctor for nearly 7 years. The are always very honest and transparent with your pets needs. They are reasonably priced and you can tell they truly care about your pets. Recently our dog passed away, it was kind of unexpected, and they sent us flowers. Let me tell you, I bawled my eyes out. It was so sweet of them to think of us.“

“I LOVE this vet! They always are friendly, caring and compassionate. They really do have a love for animals and that makes a huge difference. Brendan is an amazing technician and Dr. Henson addressed all my concerns with my older pug and made me feel at ease. There was one time my girl was in pain and needed to be seen ASAP. They stayed late to make sure my girl was okay and gave a follow up call later to ensure everything was alright. I really could not recommend this place enough! 5 stars!“

His staff was so kind and comforting, and Becky was extra special wonderful.I had a concern one evening after surgery, and I emailed a video for Dr. Birks to watch. I was so pleasantly surprised how quickly he got back to me that same evening.It’s very scary sending your fur baby for surgery to a surgeon you don’t know, but I would highly recommend Dr. Birks, his staff, and facility.“

“Yes my dog Harley is a rescue dog, and Dr Schwartz ( I think that’s how you spell it) took the time to work with us and not turn us away as another vet did at another clinic. Harley don’t like shots and jumps up in the air. It took 2 days and medication plus wearing him down to finally get his shots. Harley is not mean dog he just don’t like shots , we don’t know what Harley went through being a rescue, but we thank Dr Schwartz for his patience.“

“Such an incredible vet practice! I've been coming here for over a decade. My dogs are everything, so top notch card for them is a priority and Gentle Doctor delivers. The staff is warm, caring, friendly and go the extra mile. The waiting area is large and they have a separate area for dogs and cats. They have a TV with a kids show on to keep them entertained. The place is ultra clean with no funky smells. They send reminders when my dogs are due for services, which is so helpful! When my dogs have had surgery on any serious problem, they call to follow up. When end of life care was needed it was delivered with the utmost compassion and respect. That is so important. Highly recommended!“
