“Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore. “While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!“

He did not try to sell me an overpriced system I didn't need and offered to replace the AC alone, but I decided to replace the entire system including the furnace. He and his employee came back quickly and got the new system fully installed within a few hours. The staff at the office was very courteous and kept in communication with me through the whole process, and the quote was well below what I expected it to be.“
