“Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us.Hats off to Eric for standing by the work he and his team provide and for building repeat business. His knowledge of the claims process and his effort to "get it right the first time" was evident the moment he arrived to our home. Also the construction crews that he used were very efficient and polite they made sure to clean up after themselves every day they worked at our home, as well as getting the job done within the time frame stated.
