It was a pleasure working with Jim and his team. We had several jobs to be completed and every crew that came to the house was very professional. Jim did an excellent job explaining what the insurance would and would not pay for. He went back to insurance and won to justify why insurance should pay for more items. He and the team were quickly responsive to all questions and concerns.
