The low rating is due to how rude i was treated...the first lady at the front had a bad attitude till I talked more to her to let her know I'm not a dick...then when I go back Kristen Atkins is doing my urine test since my injury is work related. She realy was the worst..I felt like I had asshole wrote on my forehead at this point but I made a joke to try to relieve her tension...the nurses were ok there though...st Luke's really needs to work on the staff...just because i hurt my self at work doesn't mean I'm some kind of scam artist if that's what they are thinking...I love to work and like my job and my company knows this...i work a very physical job and people get...read full review
I had to visit due to a head injury. Tonya was so pleasant and funny. It certainly makes going to urgent care more enjoyable when everyone is pleasant. Kudos to Tonya for chuckling with me.
I went to this location twice in the past couple months. The first time I didn't like the way the women made me feel about being sexually active. Felt a little shamed by the nurse/doctor. (Don't recall who made me feel uncomfortable) On the second instance I came in with pain while swallowing on a Wednesday. I was in the back office for probably less than 10 minutes before they were done with me. I Was tested for strep and Covid. Both were negative, i was told it looks like strep anyways and was sent on my way with an antibiotic prescription. I should have been more vocal about the pain I was in but I was struggling & trusted they knew what they were doing. They didn't even check my ears which I feel like is pretty normal especially regarding a throat problem. Friday, 2 days later my pain was unbearable and I tried to come back at 7:10 pm just to find the office closed and I had to Uber to another location. Was very disappointed with my care at this location. I ended up having an abscess that they should have been able to recognize and help me receive proper care. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was told by a different urgent care that I needed to go to the hospital asap it could be a choking hazard and end up being really bad for me. That makes me feel really bad for patients being seen at this location. If you decide to still go here please just be able to advocate for yourself and make sure they are properly assessing you. I would like to note I was the only person in the waiting rooms both times I visited here & they were not busy. Still somehow felt like they just wanted me in and out. Hope this helps! I'm sure other have had better experiences but mine unfortunately were not and I will not return
