Cutting/hammering through CMU is dirty work: They kept the worksite clean and kept dust to a minimum, thoroughly cleaned up the site afterward, and they were very respectful of the house (took their shoes off when they came it, and used floor protection where appropriate). Always courteous. And they back up their work. We had some questions after the job was completed: some issues with sealant.
