I hired Lloyd in April 2021 to install an egress window in my finished basement based on his Angie’s List reviews, and the fact that he had absolutely NO complaints through the Better Business Bureau in over 20 years of doing business. For a contractor to have been in business as long as Lloyd, and have NO documented BBB complaints, is a testament to the great work he does.Lloyd arrived on the negotiated start date, and he completed the work in two days. Lloyd installed my egress window in my basement. He was very professional and even made an enclosure to protect from dust and debris while he worked. Overall it took about two days and he distributed the fill around my house to help with the grading issues I had. The window was installed in May and to this date I have had no issues with leaking or drainage. Very pleased with his work and will definitely do business in the future if the need arises.
