However, Mon-Ray recommended that I contact Beissel. Joe at Beissel called me back promptly and exactly how I could replace the pieces, even texting me pictures. I was able to go pick up the replacement pieces at Beissel’s Hopkins warehouse. What could have become a useless storm window, or an expensive replacement/repair, turned out to be no problem, thanks to Beissel! “We have wanted to get in touch with EZ Home Solutions for a few years now. We finally got around to it just recently to get soffit and facia trim work done to our house. Shaun Hansen was the main guy we spoke with in person about the details of the trim work we wanted. Easy going person to interact with. Straight forward and didn't pressure or nickel and dime us, which is a huge positive in dealing with contractors. We even got to meet his "travel assistant" Coco, the dog. She was a nice dog. The trim work was extremely fast and efficient. Done in half a day. Bryan was the lead of a big crew. Very easy going person as well. Shaun came over a few times as the work was being done to check on how things were going. The wasps were a big problem. I felt bad about that. They handled the situation very well. They were all professionals. The only thing that was unexpected was the crew got rid of our gutters. They were replaced at no cost to us. Hassle free. It was an all around good experience and I'm very satisfied with EZ Home Solutions. I highly recommend using their service services. Very satisfied with the work.“

Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. At times it was hard to nail down the exact start date, and felt like it was pushed several times. “If I could add 5 more stars, I would.
My wife and I bought our first home in December of '23. It was a remodeled 1948 home and we were led to believe it was perfect by our inspection company. (long, long story).
We started to have a leak in our kitchen that we had no idea what it could be, as we were led to believe the roof was around 7 years old.
Immediately we were referred to Jason at Elite Exteriors who almost next day came out to inspect the roof for himself. When he got down, he was very amazed at the state of our roof and of a lot of our trim around our windows.
He told us the roof was 30 years old to his best guess and needed to be replaced right away.
We called the city and found out the roof permit was last pulled in 1994, he was spot on!
Next up was checking the attic so he could see if there was any ice dams building up. When he went up he was amazed to see the same insulation from 1948 as well as some less than ideal electrical work. He immediately got me in touch with an electrician who came out within days to repair everything and even checked all of our electrical to ensure our safety. (Replaced all of our kitchen lighting as they were all poorly installed and causing heat issues)
Then it was onto gutting and replacing the insulation in the attic.
He coordinated with multiple companies and people to get everything done in one day.
Attic was completely gutted while another team replaced the entire roof system.
Then the next day the insulation team came back to respray and completely insulate our attic to the highest quality.

Jason also coordinated to have 6 more soffit vents cut on the exterior of our home and block off 2 side vents to help it breathe better to prevent ice build up as well as caulking all the windows and doors on our home!

At the end of the project, Jason himself came back out to walk the two roofs, and check our yard and siding for anything less than 100% perfect. He noticed some small things that I wouldn't have even noticed, but he had his team come back the same day to clean the small imperfections.
(A streak on our siding from old shingles falling, a single shingle popped up a bit, simple small stuff like that. But the attention to detail was very appreciated!!)

The entire situation has been extremely stressful and scary for my wife and I. Being first time home owners, we don't really know what we are doing. But with Jason @ Elite, we felt like we had some control and we knew we had the best team in our corner.

“Seven years ago I replaced fourteen 80 year old sash windows in my home with A-Craft double pane. Their windows are an exceptional product. Due to new exterior trim clad on my home I planned to keep my old zinc seals on the sills. A-Craft customized my new sashes to accommodate the zinc seal. They also made custom stop sticks I attached (Velcro) to my new jams for security when the sashes are open. The sashes function perfectly, no drafts, rattles or struggle to open. They are easily removed from the inside for cleaning. I replaced all my sash windows and storms (Allied Aluminum, Mpls) for much less than new frame and sash cost (I did it myself....easily).“

“My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great. So Ted checked out water heater and determined it was not repairable, and the unit was 2 years past the warranty. Ted gave me a price and had the right heater in stock for my place and he had it installed and running in two days which was great to have hot water again.
