“I got new siding and a new roof by Thompson last July, with final completion of a remaining task the following August. The workmanship was excellent, with detailed attention on the siding and trim. Peter and crew took extra time to make sure the porch (which was sinking since it was built in 1919) had stable footings, and they jacked it up to make it level with the house to complete the siding. It meant the doors and windows were now plum, whereas before they were tilted, hence the remaining task to fill in gaps of siding on the interior porch and at the door (all were unexpected to the original plan). I had some frustration with nailing timelines down and follow up: I had a limited window in which the work needed to happen (6 weeks) because I was otherwise away and I wanted to be there to oversee the work. The roof and siding were completed the morning I was leaving town, which was stressful, but it got done. In the end I would use them again because quality workmanship is more important to me than project management (and more rare), but know that they are less strong at organization and timelines/appointments. I experienced more on the fly follow up, texts and drop by questions (usually on evenings or Saturday) to get remaining insurance estimates, measurements, colors, payment etc. He seemed totally swamped, but I think this is just the way Peter rolls.“

“If I could add 5 more stars, I would.
My wife and I bought our first home in December of '23. It was a remodeled 1948 home and we were led to believe it was perfect by our inspection company. (long, long story).
We started to have a leak in our kitchen that we had no idea what it could be, as we were led to believe the roof was around 7 years old.
Immediately we were referred to Jason at Elite Exteriors who almost next day came out to inspect the roof for himself. When he got down, he was very amazed at the state of our roof and of a lot of our trim around our windows.
He told us the roof was 30 years old to his best guess and needed to be replaced right away.
We called the city and found out the roof permit was last pulled in 1994, he was spot on!
Next up was checking the attic so he could see if there was any ice dams building up. When he went up he was amazed to see the same insulation from 1948 as well as some less than ideal electrical work. He immediately got me in touch with an electrician who came out within days to repair everything and even checked all of our electrical to ensure our safety. (Replaced all of our kitchen lighting as they were all poorly installed and causing heat issues)
Then it was onto gutting and replacing the insulation in the attic.
He coordinated with multiple companies and people to get everything done in one day.
Attic was completely gutted while another team replaced the entire roof system.
Then the next day the insulation team came back to respray and completely insulate our attic to the highest quality.

Jason also coordinated to have 6 more soffit vents cut on the exterior of our home and block off 2 side vents to help it breathe better to prevent ice build up as well as caulking all the windows and doors on our home!

At the end of the project, Jason himself came back out to walk the two roofs, and check our yard and siding for anything less than 100% perfect. He noticed some small things that I wouldn't have even noticed, but he had his team come back the same day to clean the small imperfections.
(A streak on our siding from old shingles falling, a single shingle popped up a bit, simple small stuff like that. But the attention to detail was very appreciated!!)

The entire situation has been extremely stressful and scary for my wife and I. Being first time home owners, we don't really know what we are doing. But with Jason @ Elite, we felt like we had some control and we knew we had the best team in our corner.

“My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great. So Ted checked out water heater and determined it was not repairable, and the unit was 2 years past the warranty. Ted gave me a price and had the right heater in stock for my place and he had it installed and running in two days which was great to have hot water again.
