Bill is old school when it comes to repairs. He charged a reasonable amount to accurately diagnose and repair my 20 year old squeeky electric LG dryer. The whole bill with parts was less than a call-out diagnosis-only by some companies I phoned. Plus, he's just a really nice guy. I will definitely brag about him to friends and he'll be the first I phone for future appliance issues.
