“My 3 dresses came out beautifully – all of the creases from being packaged and sent online were gone – and there had been many. My only issue was with the bolero sweater, which I wish had been hung by the internal hanging ribbons rather than folded over the base of a hanger. There are creases in the sleeves as well as the center back as a result of folding and hanging it this way. That's easily corrected next time though, as I can request that the sweater is put on the hanger normally and held in place with the hanging ribbons.“
