Do not go here for any alterations - even a simple hemming. The lady that does alterations is very nice, but unfortunately ruined my wedding dress. This place was recommended to me and the lady told me it was no problem and she could do what was needed. Unfortunately, she even messed up a basic hemming and cut the sides of my dress inches higher than the rest. Front looked good, sides you could see my ankles… Had to return numerous times for her to fix mistakes. The rest of the dress alterations had to be completely removed and I unfortunately had to pay elsewhere ($500) to fix all the mistakes. They always do a great job and are very friendly and helpful. I switched from a Tide Cleaners to Pilgrim and get better service and my clothes don't stink of the Tide detergent anymore.

I’ve been coming to Pilgrim in Eden Prairie for many years. The folks working there are friendly and helpful. Patricia and Ana do a great job, They are both always friendly and provide excellent service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my laundry and dry cleaning needs because of them!
