A while back I had a good experience with my eye exam and getting both contacts and glasses at this location. After a while the screws in the glasses became loose (no fault to the location, this happens) and when I attempted to fix it I lost the screws. I ended up taking my glasses in to their Maple Grove location, in which an employee attempted to fix my glasses but ended up doing the screws so bad that they fell apart that same day. (The Maple Grove location sucks apparently). I took my glasses back into this location and two employees took time to try and fix the mess that was made but could not because of the stuck and broken screws. Della must be recognized as an asset to your customer care staff! Della treated Greg with respect, listening & doing all she could to work with the Lab to prepare proper lens to suit his complicated aesthetic situation.

By far the best experience I've ever had buying glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were as committed as I was to finding frames that suited my face, my style, and my budget.
