Jim & his team have been nothing but responsive and informative. I have used them on many projects, across 3 properties over the last two years and everyone has been great. Jim has gotten folks out to help on short notice when necessary. We have used them for pipe replacement, clogs, faucets, and installation of gas lines, dishwashers, disposals, etc.

Thank God for Signature Mechanical.I’ve read the unfavorable reviews and I have an opposing view. During my five decade career I managed competitive design and installation of large hydraulic systems on an international scale. I eventually switched to a traveling mechanical contractor based out of Minnesota after a few near fatalities with local unions, mostly in the Detroit area (our Detroit systems included Ford, GMC, Chrysler, and the TACOM Road Simulator for M1 tank). Felt at home! Meal was fabulous amd while I love omelettes and hash browns I can't eat them because it gets my stomach upset. NOT HERE! I'm going back again fast! Not sure what they do but wow!!!
