I highly recommend AJ Wrobel. We had Tony from AJ Wrobel inspect the home we were purchasing. Tony was great to work with. He was exactly on time and friendly. He spent several hours inspecting the home. Tony walked us through the inspection, picture by picture. Explaining what he was looking for, what is a good result. He walked through all kinds of ideas and opportunities. How to use certain equipment, what to watch for, and how to care for things. The report and pictures were very detailed and thorough.

We are currently in the process of buying our first home. And as a first time homebuyer in this crazy competitive market, every. single. step. of this process has been complicated/confusing/stressful wrapped in a blanket of childish excitement. It's been exhausting, to say the least. Our realtor recommended Tony Wrobel for our home inspection and we couldn't have been happier. From the darkest corners of the basement to the highest point of the roof, Tony was certainly thorough in his inspection of the house. But most importantly, he was patient. He walked us through every element of the home and he took the time to answer all my silly questions. I have a lot of questions (that's my style). He also provided us with some advice and simple fixes for non-life safety issues. It's an injustice that he's got a three-star review; I can't imagine it's possible to get a more thorough inspection at a reasonable price. 0 concerns to pass along.
