We just had our prospective home inspected by Heartland and absolutely loved our experience, they were able to book us an appointment the day after we inquired and were very thorough in explaining pricing options. I cannot reccomend DC Patton, our inspector, enough. He looked through the house top to bottom and wrote up a comprehensive report. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining any aspects that we had questions about, and made sure that we understood exactly what the house had to offer.We got the sewer inspection and radon testing add ons, which both began the following day, with results to us same day(minus the radon results, which took 48 hours to process)....read full review

Matt did my inspection this spring. He broke down appropriate jargon to “new homeowner” speak. His verbal and written reports on the property appear thorough. The walk-around was timely and appropriate in scope for the more essential findings. He made it evident he was looking out for rookies in this stage and clearly reviewed potential troubleshooting for the things he found. Appreciate the time and effort put into the inspection.
