When I brought in my 90 year old Karastan my Grandparents bought when they attended the Chicago World's Fair in 1934, I was ushered into their display space and was shown a hand-tied rug with the same pattern which was created in the 1930's. They know rugs, and I am totally comfortable with how they are cleaning, but even more with how they are caring for my family heirloom. I'm looking forward to displaying this heirloom in my new condo. I highly recommend them. BTW, they cleaned the rug a couple of decades ago when it came to me.“

“I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. “They clean my bathrooms so I don't have to spend my weekends/nights rotating between cleaning bathrooms befouled by little boys, a kitchen that hosts 2 pets, and surfaces that attract dust like the dickens. Our house is 2 floors plus a finished basement and a sun room- 4 total toilets. And my house smells like clean when I return. And my bathrooms are sanitized. Seriously - solid work at a v competitive price. And the owners are adorable twin brothers.“

Scheduling is easy and is “one and done.” They call to give me the date and it will be taken care of and do it on weekends so it can properly dry with minimal traffic.
