The facility is beautiful and many commented that it felt so warm and comforting. I have two suggestions for improvement: provide a list of items/supplies that are included (tablecloths, napkins, etc) and let the family know how to find the staff if anything comes up (I was going around knocking on doors when one of the toilets needed attention). Other than that, the attention to detail was amazing!We were happy to find several restaurants nearby to sit down with family and friends for a meal after the service. The person who passed was my mother and she had arrangements through a neighboring funeral director, but the location and the care from the Sunset team was cherished.
