The minute we walked through the door, we were treated with kindness. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and only made suggestions if needed. That gave me peace of mind. Every detail was treated as important.We gave a memorial service in St. Paul and the family celebration service in Florida.Willwerscheid staff helped with whatever we needed to make the transition claiming.They asked my budget and stayed within my request, even going below budget and yet providing so much more than expected.Our Florida experience did not compare to what was given to us at Willerscheid.We were able to contact them any time with any questions. My family has been going here for years. I recently had to plan a funeral for my first time and I'm glad we went with them.When I went there they were very informative and walked me through the process. They helped me pick out the things we needed, but also made suggestions on how to watch the money. I NEVER felt rushed or pressured in any way and they were always professional.They are nothing but kind and extremely considerate! I truly believe they really did and do care about us! ❤
