He personally walked me through the stone product that I was selecting, made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. He even offered to set a sample outside the store to pick up in case I didn't make it to the store before closing. He provided the product ID's, the number to the order desk, made sure everything was in stock and helped me select an immaculate piece of tile that was exactly what we were hoping for. Give this man a raise. He is a great example of what is lacking as far as sales and service at many places these days. Bill and Kate-Lo made a lifelong customer out of me. “I would highly recommend Earl's floor sanding. After removing carpet, we found wood floors in rough shape due to pet stains. They sanded and stained in a dark color and the result is beautiful. Honest, reliable and they came back to touch up trim after we finished tiling the entry.“

“We called on this place to give us a bid for our living room carpet and stairs. Steve responded in a timely fashion and we looked at samples and picked out a nice color that we felt alot of other stores lacked in comparison. We picked a Mohawk brand and we couldn't be happier with the plush look! The pad also was so much thicker than the 1 taken away. No smelly residue; And luster the carpet gave to our home! Steve was great to work with, and out of 4 other bids, we felt his was the best option. This business IS NOT ABOUT THE $, and we felt others were over the amount for a similar product. The installers were great, timely, friendly etc. We also recommend if you don't have a large space, to get up the rug & pad on your own to reduce the cost.
