“We got several quotes for our flooring project and we went with TNA, which was the best decision we could have made. Such a fun, professional and hardworking crew. My floors are beautiful and professionally done. I highly recommend this company. 100% true to their word and so reliable. Plus I fell in love with their family. So many great things about them. Will definitely use them again and again.“

“Jason refinished our basement floor after being carpeted for years and he did an amazing job! In addition, he was very communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend guardian concrete for your next decorative concrete job and working with Jason!-A.C. Lakeville“

“Had existing 100 year old floors sanded and refinished.TL;DR - The floors turned out really well, workers were great... but the estimator seems to tell people whatever they want to hear to land the job. He told us they could refinish a room that they couldn't. He didn't do a good job explaining hidden costs. Communication during the process left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend them for the price and workmanship, but proceed with caution: estimate was bad and communication wasn't very good. The GOOD: floors looked great when they were done! The price was right and they were able to work us into their schedule within a few days of us signing the proposal. We liked the guys who did the work. The NOT-SO-GOOD: we had our main level quoted which included three rooms. Two of the rooms had previously been covered with a layer of "new" flooring, which we removed ourselves before the project was quoted. The floors beneath the layer we removed looked kinda rough (glue, some water-damage), but the estimator said they could do it, no problem.Once the workers arrived, they immediately said that one of the rooms had too much damage and that we'd have to replace a ton of boards for it to look nice ($$$$).They said the the estimator tells people whatever they want to hear to get the job, suggesting that this might be a regular occurrence. We decided not to refinish that room and install tile ourselves, but it was a little frustrating to hear they couldn't deliver on their word. There are "hidden" costs that weren't explained to us very well during the quoting process. For example: to replace a damaged board, they said it would be $35 for the first board and $10 for every board after that. When I called to pay the bill, they said it was actually something like $100 for the first one and $35 per board after that. The workers also said that it would be $5 per nail removed, which also wasn't explained to us during the proposal process (we said leave the nails lol).Communication during the process wasn't very good. They told us the job would be finished in three days. It took them four. I get it, sh!t happens, but it was pretty disruptive (we have kids and animals we had to keep out of our house because we were doing the whole main level). We had to bug them to figure out what was happening - a little proactive communication would have gone a long way.“
