Had existing 100 year old floors sanded and refinished.TL;DR - The floors turned out really well, workers were great... but the estimator seems to tell people whatever they want to hear to land the job. He told us they could refinish a room that they couldn't. He didn't do a good job explaining hidden costs. Communication during the process left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend them for the price and workmanship, but proceed with caution: estimate was bad and communication wasn't very good.The GOOD: floors looked great when they were done! Used Dave’s flooring a few years ago to refinish hardwood floors and turned out beautiful. Sold that house and when we went to upgrade floors at new house, I knew who to call. Wasn’t sure about the prefinished flooring, but saved money, time, and the smell and absolutely love them! Nick and Andrew did a tremendous job fitting everything to our existing flooring, it is like it has always been there despite house being 30+ years old!

Dave's recently did an outstanding job sanding and refinishing our wood floors. I highly recommend Dave's Floor Sanding! They are a firm that takes pride in doing high quality work! We were impressed with everyone we dealt with at the company, and we will definitely use them again in the future!
