I was overwhelmed as I was looking into a makeup routine. I have never really used foundation and didn't know where to start. Charlotte helped make it a great experience. She helped me find the perfect shade after trying several. She was dedicated to easing my worries and helping me find something that I loved and looked great. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions. Thanks again Charlotte!

Employees are so kind and helpful. Product selection is outstanding. It is always a great experience coming here, but the online ordering/pick up seems to not be worth it. I placed an online order and it said it was ready for pick up, but I had to wait for it to be finished for some reason. Otherwise, such a great store!

Very very nice staff. I absolutely hate how so many stores alike have their employees basically breathing down your neck, like almost onto of you, constantly checking in to see, "if you've found everything alright." (Which btw: can make some people ??‍♀️ feel as though their being suspected of theivery.) However... on the contrary, this Ultabeauty's employees didn't make me feel bombarded or pressure me into buying anything!
