Thank you so much for the amazing haircut! I had who I think was Angie (sorry I forgot your name but this was the name on the license at the chair I sat in). You have no idea how kind and personable you were, you knew exactly what I was looking for- no inspo photos needed! For 10+ years I continued to go to a local place, I had many rude stylists who said this ‘face framing’ haircut would look ridiculous on me. I would easily pay $100+ , leave with just a trim and upset. But you did it with such ease, asked me how I wanted the layers and length to be, I was shook, wow! I will absolutely be returning and hope to get you again. Thank you!

I’ve been to this location a couple times since visiting Rochester. Both times were with different ladies, but both times they listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. More importantly, they executed with precision and professionalism. I’ll be back!

This was my first visit to this location, but I have been using Great Clips for years. Excellent service! I explained that I made the poor choice of trying to cut my hair myself while they were closed on Sunday. The stylist kindly acknowledged and went to work, blending everything in and fixing my mistakes. My hair style now looks wonderful and consistent all the way around!
