The room was warm, so I still worked up a sweat without feeling like I was working out. It's located in a strip mall, so there is a ton of parking. They even have a locker room with showers should you need it. I had an enjoyable time and would certainly go back.“

539 Lake St E, Wayzata“I think I was spoiled by my taking my first barre class here! The lovely studio overlooks the lake and the instructor Isabel McNulty was awesome. The workout was difficult but not the sweaty, fatigue of cardio. It was so focused! I could FEEL it (I was shaking a couple times). It wasn't painful; I felt the 'good' burn. It felt so productive and the hour actually flew by. As a dancer in my youth, I could pick up the form pretty easily which made it enjoyable as well. The instructor was also top notch! She used a microphone, corrected our form 1:1 when needed, gave 'modification' options (this rookie needed them!), reminded us of our breathing, and was encouraging. She did not talk every second of the class, mumble or yell, and I thank her for that. Bonus - there was an option for childcare; we didn't use it on this day, but it's so helpful to know that it's available. Thank you for a great barre experience!“

“If you are looking for reasonably priced massage from someone who has years of experience and wasn't just trained for the job when hired? Wolf and the Raven Wellness is definitely a welcome alternative to the present day plague of strip mall massage chains. On numerous occasions I have gone to her for muscle impingements in my neck and shoulders, issues with my arms from muscle tightness post workout, or tightness in my legs. She also is a licensed Yoga instructor. Instead of going to another run of the mill class that runs through the atypical rounds of Downward Dog and Warrior Pose, she provides new routines weekly; also Mother and Baby/Toddler class. Prior to being a customer I had lost some flexion in my legs and lower back, but through repeated sessions with Becky, I was able to stretch like I was in my early 20's again. Finally, If you're looking for something a little less ordinary, she also is a practitioner of Thai Yoga and Reiki. Wolf and the Raven Wellness can provide for you a stress relieving alternative to the usual ways you unwind, with an affordability you'll be hard pressed to beat.“

Using a combination of body work techniques, she not only gets rid of the immediate pain, she develops a plan to get you dialed in for the long term. She transformed me from a limping runner to a properly aligned athlete. As a bonus, she's also a super nice person.“
“I have attended the Roots Fusion classes which are a combination yoga, pilates, and dance. The class is a real work out, and different than any other yoga class I have taken. I really noticed a change in my body after taking 10 classes, and that was important to me. The floor has never been "dirty" as described by another (maybe a few pieces of lint, could be better).“

3940 W 50th St Suite 110, Edina“Wanted to try Pilates on a total whim and joined at the 4x month package. The classes do book out relatively fast, hard to get a time that fits my schedule for weekends and morning with the scheduling cycle - can’t use credits beyond my schedule period so they will expire. The 12 hour cancellation policy makes sense to me however a bummer when I have to cancel - my schedule is just wonky - and that hurts. I find myself excited to go to my classes. It’s a convenient location. Instructors are all different but amazing in their own ways. I am excited to see the new space as they’re renovating.“

Craig, the member concierge at the front desk is so good at knowing everyone’s names and greeting us with a smile. The Kids Academy staff remembers my son’s name and do a great job planning classes and events for them and I love the cafe and their protein shakes. Especially the Mocha Madness! Darcy is an incredible group exercise instructor. I took a class from her recently and still feel it in my core!“

“This is by far my favorite place to work out. The Plymouth and Maple Grove locations are absolutely incredible - it truly is a community of people who care about each other and love Pilates! The instructors are inclusive and provide challenging workouts. All in all 11/10!“
