“Have a rental property where the carpet was removed and needed to be refinished. It was in rough shape with some permeant damage due to pets. They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. I needed to do something to satisfy the local rental inspector and this did the job. Besides the stains the floor looks really nice! I would still recommend them for any job.Service: Restoration“

“We called on this place to give us a bid for our living room carpet and stairs. Steve responded in a timely fashion and we looked at samples and picked out a nice color that we felt alot of other stores lacked in comparison. We picked a Mohawk brand and we couldn't be happier with the plush look! The pad also was so much thicker than the 1 taken away. No smelly residue; And luster the carpet gave to our home! Steve was great to work with, and out of 4 other bids, we felt his was the best option. This business IS NOT ABOUT THE $, and we felt others were over the amount for a similar product. The installers were great, timely, friendly etc. We also recommend if you don't have a large space, to get up the rug & pad on your own to reduce the cost. My son and I highly recommend this business and we would use them again for any of our flooring needs! Thank you Lil Carpet shop!

“This company did very good to rectify what was an initial problematic situation. The carpet was unfortunately installed incorrectly due to a communication error it took a while to get somebody to reach out which then the salesman wasn't very helpful and didn't really want to fix the situation. That's when Chuck the customer service guy was extremely nice listened to my concerns and needs and came out himself with the crew to make sure it was done right.“
