Have a rental property where the carpet was removed and needed to be refinished. It was in rough shape with some permeant damage due to pets. They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. Brian worked on our home in March and we were pleased with the results. We had our whole first floor done by Brian and his team. This included removing our old flooring which was a slate that was cemented into the floor. It was a big job. Plus, it needed to match our upper level and he nailed it. Our sub-floors had some water damage that we were not aware of that put the job behind schedule. Brian worked overtime into the evenings and asked to work a weekend, just to get it done for us on time. Floors turned out great and the price was fair. He also did two flights of stairs. Our fridge leaked and destroyed our engineered hard wood flooring as well as the subfloor. Brian came in and replaced the sub flooring and used real white oak hardwood to replace the existing floor. He did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was very informative about the different types of wood to choose from and which options would be best for our circumstances having dogs and kids. He even helped me narrow down my stain choice by providing me with samples of how they would look at certain times of the day with/without the sun. He was clean, efficient, trustworthy and up to date with current trends. My floors look beautiful. Great job!
