“I received a spa package as a gift. I wished they had informed us a little bit more as to what the process was. As in, massage first, facial, pedicure, and manicure. It was very, very dark. And procedures for each step, where not explained. The changing room was poorly set up. If u wanted privacy, you had to use the bathroom. Staff was polite. Overall, it was a nice experience, but not something i would do on a monthly basis at the facility“
