We had a couples massage and every step was great. Since we booked at the end of the day, we had the entire retreat area to ourselves. Everything was clean, organized, and calming throughout our visit. The check in, steam shower, massage, and payment were 10/10. My only only thought was that at other places we could either buy/receive wine at the start of the session as we waited for the massage. Not a knock but I do love that :)

Kaitlyn was a wonder worker. I did not personally receive any services myself but when I had difficulties purchasing a gift card online (most likely my fault) she quickly problem solved with the utmost kindness, patience and professionalism. It was more than appreciated.

I loved my first experience today! I got an Affiniti Manicure and it was so relaxing!! The customer service was amazing- everyone was so friendly!! The spa was very clean and well organized. Iana was so friendly!! She took her time on every step of the manicure and my nails turned out great!?
