“I emailed the company on a Sunday about a small fence panel repair and heard back from Nick that night! When I got home on Monday the fence was fixed. I emailed Nick about payment and he said it only took him 7 minutes and he didn't want payment! I insisted, and he asked me to make a donation to a neighborhood food shelf instead.
