I emailed the company on a Sunday about a small fence panel repair and heard back from Nick that night! When I got home on Monday the fence was fixed. I emailed Nick about payment and he said it only took him 7 minutes and he didn't want payment! I insisted, and he asked me to make a donation to a neighborhood food shelf instead. The world needs more people like Nick Jentsch. Please consider KNO Woodworks for your next project or repair!

Nick and Colin were great to work with, from discussing the fence I wanted to working through a bid and the small details, and finally the build process. Communication was quick and clear. Great craftsmanship and quality. Did a great job communicating with the neighbors around any potential issues and cleaning up after too. Super happy with the fence and the whole process.

We had our neighbor decide they wanted to remove a shared fence which created an issue for us with small dogs. Nick was awesome, managed to get us scheduled quickly and banged out the job quickly. I was super impressed with Nick and his attention to detail and the communication every step of the way. The quality of their work is obvious and it was just a super enjoyable process the whole way through. Couldn't recommend them enough.
