Miranda is a great professional who is very informative and supportive. I really enjoyed my sessions and learned a lot every session. Miranda's counseling has led to many improvements in my health journey!
Miranda was nothing short of AMAZING! I was really tired of trying all the things and not knowing what would actually help. I needed someone who really understood holistic nutrition and how to optimize gut health. I specifically wanted someone to guide me through a GI Map Test. The test and her understanding of it was so insightful. So thankful for her guidance to help bring me to optimal gut health!
Miranda made healthier changes approachable and obtainable while providing detailed, researched explanations for why she makes the recommendations she does. I thought I was eating fairly healthy before, but literally two weeks after working with Miranda, I had more energy, less brain fog, and felt better overall. I felt so much better mentally and physically that losing inches on the waist was just a perk. I highly recommend Miranda.
