Once the work got started, they were consistent and professional every day that they showed up. Job didn’t take relatively long and workers were there consistently every day until to the work was finished. One constructive piece of feedback: They need project managers. At times it was hard to nail down the exact start date, and felt like it was pushed several times. “We absolutely love our gutters! Kevin was accommodating and patient throughout all phases of the project. Worked with us for 2 months as we compared bids, decided on colors, and saved up enough to complete the project. My wife and I are planning on renovating our basement, and we wanted to ensure we wouldn't have water problems so we reached out to the Platinum Exteriors team for affordable and quality gutters. I also had Tony perform a complimentary roof inspection for hail damage and was pleasantly surprised to receive a very detailed roof report. I have previously had roof inspections performed at other homes and usually, a roofer hops up there, takes 2-3 pictures or chalks up half the roof, informs me that I should make a claim then leaves. In contract Tony sent over a 16-page report including measurements of everything on the house (pretty cool and useful to have), 30 pictures of the roof, a small recommended maintenance list, and most surprising of all he found NO hail damage. Said the roof would be good for at least another 10 years, did not try selling me anything besides what I asked for, no pressure on any part of the project, and even advised me on how I could perform my own maintenance.
