Had a bathroom vent leaking water occasionally, and was worried it was a roofing issue. JR came over, inspected the issue in our attic, and while it was not a roofing issue, explained the problem to us and told us how to fix it easily and cheaply.

JR was great to work with! We were in a tough spot with a damaged vent and some water intrusion. JR answered a phone call late in the evening and talked through our triage of the problem. Note that all the bad reviews are people that haven't actually had service from James. If you don't use them and you're inside their service radius you aren't very smart. Had a smaller leak due to a scupper not being correctly flashed. I stumbled a bit during the phone call but he came out the next day as he was in the area. The minute he took a look at it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and he wasn't a fly by night hail damage chaser like many even on yelp are. He recognized a very good job done by the previous roofer but indicated it was just not completed once the down spouts were installed. He had it fixed in one day and at a very reasonable cost.
