This is SUCH a high-quality family business! For a short-notice Christmas gift, I brought my dad's faded leather jacket in on a Monday morning. I asked if it could be ready by Friday, and Doug said they could do it if I could give him until noon that day. By Wednesday, I got a call that it was all ready -- 2 days earlier than promised! When I picked up the jacket, I was SO happy with the "new" jacket! They cleaned and conditioned it and restored the black color for an unbelievably affordable price. I met Don Jr. ("Dart") and thanked him for the great work. Dawn checked me out, and I was all set to wrap the gift. Thank you!!
