Most of my workouts were with Eric coaching. Love his energy always pushing me to do more & making me realize I’m stronger than I think. Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say. Everyone is in there with the same objective and focused on what they are doing. I thought I knew what working out was until I stepped into Mvmt Lab! I really recommend everyone to try them out. “I had a one on one Personal Training Intro Session with Emma Schueppert. She was outstanding! Can't say enough good things about the hour I spent with her. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely interested in my well being. The session was largely conversational, focusing on my general health, nutrition, sleep and exercise. She also had me do squats, lunges, upper body and core exercises to access my strength. I am 70 and just had hip replacement surgery and so had to modify. Emma was very encouraging and I highly recommend her!!!“
