I have been going to Dr. Austin for many years. I’ve always been 100% satisfied with his work. He makes sure I am comfortable and keeps me informed as he is treating me. Recently I had some cosmetic work done. Dr. Austin was very considerate of my needs and did an excellent job. I now smile with confidence. I always feel so welcome when I walk in as Sheri greets me. Ally is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Mary asks about my granddaughters. I highly recommend Austin Dental to my family and friends.

I forwarded my information to this company about a month or two ago. I called today to reschedule an appointment that I had to miss due to medical issue. Mary answer the phone and informed me that she has not reached out to the insurance company yet it's been a few months, what have you been doing? She informed me that I need to buy x-rays again from this dental office and have an exam what she told me would not be covered. She couldn't give me the exact pricing and then informed me that I could transfer over my x-rays but told me I had to pay for it so I'm a little confused about that. I did inform her that her tone and the way that she said things was very rude and she just ignored me as I didn't even say anything. she informed me if I did not come to this appointment I wouldn't be able to come to in the future, being a new client I see that being incredibly rude and I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism of this office I think you might have just lost the client.
