I have been a client of Park Dental Maplewood for the past 20 years.Unfortunately, over my past several visits I have experienced problems with scheduling and service provision. There has also been staff turnover.I recently had a procedure scheduled and was told, while I was in the chair, that it could not be completed due to a scheduling error (not enough time allotted).The blame was placed on the front desk staff.I think it is the dental practice leaders responsibility to make sure staff are trained. So thankful for the care provided by Dr. Ziemer, Jenna and the whole team. Went in due to excruciating pain and left with it resolved after their great and gentle assessment and on the spot procedure. No pain since. Thank you ❤️

Park Dental Maplewood is one of the most professional dental groups I have ever worked with (12+ years - Dr. Jason Ziemer). It starts from the time I am greeted upon arrival and then escorted back to the lobby to leave. Even their referrals for an orthodontist and oral surgeon felt like an extension of their practice.
