I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous. Excellent job by this organization.“

We had an unrelated incident, and Hunderberg came through with fast response, great customer service, and a lasting solution. Lastly, when there was a question on a separate stucco issue, Hunerberg came on-site immediately and provided an answer. Great workers with great management and great customer service makes for a GREAT company and experience.“

Very bad experience. Even after contacting multiple times leaving voicemail issue has not been resolved via Max and than called the business directly was told I will get a call within a day but no response yet. No response of either text or calls. They talk big family owned we take care of customers etc but once money is paid all is gone. Very un professional.“
