Even though I was probably a difficult customer to work with both Carrie and Mitch took their time to ensure I understood what was happening, when it would occur and made sure I understood why. In my opinion, the biggest thing they did to really impress me was how they resolved problems.....on big projects like this there are always problems and when they occurred, Carrie and Mitch were usually the first ones to point it out and they always ensured that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction(even when I was the cause of the problem)I would definitely work with JBros again in the future; hopefully they'll be willing to work with me :)“
