Their inspection didn’t stop with just the roof but also knew where to look for possible hail damage on siding, shed and trailers. “I have used Donahue Roofing twice in the past couple years. Both times I was very happy with their work. First time was to resolve issues with leaking roof windows and condensation. I was very happy with the results. The second was from storm damage. They worked with the insurance company, reviewing the damage and making sure there wasn’t further damage after the shingles were removed. Very good communication, friendly and hard working. They cleaned up making sure no nails or debris were left in the area. Highly recommend them.“

In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it.
