“Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“

“We had 4 roofing contractors bid on 3 new roofs for our home and two garages after a hail storm. Only Capital prepared its estimate following our insurance adjuster’s line-item estimate, making it easy to compare. Capital’s owner, Jeff Moore, helped us negotiate with our insurance company to increase our coverage payment. We wanted the same Owens-Corning 3-color shingles we had before, but 2 other contractors claimed they were not available. Well, Capital got the shingles we wanted no problem. The roofing crew was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and hardworking--they did a great job cleaning up too. Capital also handled some gutter and drainage work unrelated to the hail claim at reasonable cost. Capital’s communications were immediate and everyone on their staff is great to work with. “I did not end up going with built strong for my new roof project, they were a close second for me though and only due to the fact that I needed some additional custom work done on my chimney. I'm rating 5 stars because of of the 5 quotes I got, built strong gave me what I thought was the most reasonable quote on a premium SBS shingle (OC Duration Flex). If not for the chimney work I need done I would have gone with built strong due to the high reviews, platinum preferred OC status, and fair price. Thanks Jason for coming out to give me a quote.“
