Elmir was fantastic. He explained my choices and was able to schedule around my travels. He showed me how to drain my old water heater so it wouldn’t leak while I was gone. He was quick and efficient with the installation. He also cleaned up so that area looked better than before he came. I highly recommend Northern plumbing.
Skip and Almir came and fixed our water softener for us. They did amazing work and were very friendly. They explained to me what work was done and also let me know what options we have if we ever want to upgrade our water softener.
Elmir and Skip were amazing. Super friendly staff. My water heater was broken and they were able to replace it same day (lucked out that they had one in their van). While I went through my home warranty, they didn’t make it seem like an issue (other companies have). Gave me great insight on what to look out for since I own an older home.
