My husband, Jim Peck, and I have been lucky enough to have the services of Rackley Computer Consulting for over 20 years. Craig is an expert at building computer systems and installing software from the ground up as well as trouble-shooting when/where you need it. He has helped me numerous times to get out of computer/software messes and get things back on the straight and narrow. He has assisted me with such difficult tasks as applying for travel visas to Canada at the height of the COVID-19 crisis and helping me develop a complex PPT program when Jim was inducted into one of his baseball halls of fame. I had heard great things about Rackley Computer Consulting in business community circles. I knew that Craig did work with many companies, city offices and etc. When I contacted him, I told him that I had a number of old PC that I wanted to donate, but wanted all the data safely removed and stored back onto one or two computers. I wanted someone I could trust and who had the background to handle almost any need we had. Well, he made great suggestions and really helped us make the most of our previously purchased equipment. He even made a house call to make sure all the computers worked up to our expectations. We now have a newly "retooled" computer just for the kids and their schoolwork.
