Brought in my son's gaming pc, John was swift to respond, gave options and explained them well, and even suggested an upgrade that was too good of a deal not to take. Got it back the same day. Highly recommend!

John was super knowledgeable in his diagnostics and very fast in his response to any of the questions that I had. He gave us multiple options for fixing my son’s gaming laptop and even sent links to replace the laptop with the comparable models if we decided to go that route. It was a really great experience, far better than what I have had before at the larger retail stores. If I could give John a higher rating, I would! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family as well.

John may be the best experience I’ve had with computer repair/support I can think of. I’m going to do my best to paint a picture of who you’re doing business with and why it’s a no brainer to come here.Initial Email: I sent John an email explaining my situation and that I’d like an appointment to bring in my laptop. He sent a detailed email back giving me some things I could attempt at home before proceeding with the appointment.
