Craig is an expert at building computer systems and installing software from the ground up as well as trouble-shooting when/where you need it. He has helped me numerous times to get out of computer/software messes and get things back on the straight and narrow. He has assisted me with such difficult tasks as applying for travel visas to Canada at the height of the COVID-19 crisis and helping me develop a complex PPT program when Jim was inducted into one of his baseball halls of fame. Craig is patient, helpful and thorough and will not leave you on your own until all of your issues have been solved. We have been lucky to have him right here in our locale so we can call him day or night when we have a computer emergency.
