I came to Higher Power to support my wife and was not a willing participant the first couple of weeks. Great atmosphere for all types of athletes. Specifically being a college football player all the equipment is great for football and top of the line. Nutrition plan is amazing cut 4 percent body fat in 25 days. Also have had tendinitis in the knee for over 8 months and they put me on a protocol and it feels great.
