The estimate we got was very thorough, and the cost came in very close to the original, given that we were expecting that the roof would need re-decking. Jim came up with a great suggestion for solving our chimney problem that saved us several thousand dollars. As for the actual work - great crew, arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, cleaned up very nicely and actually left our garage floor cleaner than when they started (thanks, guys!) “I reached out to Legacy after a door-to-door company came by my house and said they think they can get me a new roof through insurance… But they were pressuring me to sign with them right away.

So I reached out to Legacy because they have Malarkey shingles, and to get a second opinion. Josiah and team were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured into agreeing to an upsell. They just were willing to do whatever we wanted.

The insurance process is always a bit chaotic from what I’ve heard from others (this was my first claim), but Legacy did a great job working with the insurance company to get supplementals approved even after the work had been completed and I had already paid out of pocket to get some of it done ahead of time.

“First a Disclosure: Ryan is my neighbor but before this project we only had a 'wave and smile' acquaintance.
We had a great first meeting about this project. I had presented him with my plans and dimensions along with a 'must have' list and a 'wish list'. He was exceptionally collaborative, insightful, and knowledgeable. I had some some 'wants' that I didn't know if they would work or not and Ryan worked to get as many of those as we could working within our budget.
He had a highly competent crew of subs that he consulted with and reviewed their work consistently. His subs were also very communicative with my wife and me about what was taking place and any concerns or adjustments that needed to take place.

And above all Ryan and his subs/crew were all very respectful of our privacy, our pets and our home & property before, during and after the project.
