My association just had their roofs replaced and Capital’s entire crew was so great to work with, from the installers to the project managers! The crew worked insanely hard to complete 4 townhomes in a week, even with one weather delay. They were polite, efficient and all worked as a large team to get the project done. I could tell this was not their first rodeo. I would definitely recommend Capital and their crew on any roof project. Zach Hunter and the entire team really knocked it out of the park. We had an extended involvement with Capital Construction because of damage to our home from two hailstorms (2020 and 2022). Jeff Rezac was our project manager and worked closely with us to get appropriate and competent repairs/replacements for our siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and eventually our roof. We had significant delays for the roofing portion of our project, but Capital, with Jeff and Cole Quinell being supportive and going to bat for us with our insurance company, was able to get the appropriate work completed for us. I could not be happier with the roof that Chris Gonzalez and his crew provided my family. His combination of friendliness, thoughtfulness and professionalism would be hard to beat. I would recommend Capital Construction to anyone in need of a roof.
