“I had a great time talking to their one of their technician "Alex" on the phone.Unfortunately I wasn't able to use them. I felt like I needed to get my main drain cleaned immediately and of course I reached out to them Friday evening and they didn't have an availability till Monday.That's on me.Even with him knowing that he stayed on the phone with me and gave me a bunch of solid advice and was just a generally nice guy to talk with.Thank you Alex?“
