I had a great time talking to their one of their technician "Alex" on the phone.Unfortunately I wasn't able to use them. I felt like I needed to get my main drain cleaned immediately and of course I reached out to them Friday evening and they didn't have an availability till Monday.That's on me.Even with him knowing that he stayed on the phone with me and gave me a bunch of solid advice and was just a generally nice guy to talk with.Thank you Alex?

I was referred to Cardinal Services by a plumber who highly recommended them. I called them and they were here the next day to assess my slow sewer draining issue. I had another company clean my drain to the street 2 weeks before, charged me for a full cleaning service, when I asked that company to come back because I still had an issue they never responded. Lee and Jackie were very professional, they set up their equipment with a camera to show me what the issue was for my slow sewer drain. The camera showed my drain was filled with tree roots. Cardinal sewer company came after I think it was Hero 99.00Well they never fixed the problem and told me I would have to dig up my whole yard to repair and said it would cost 10 thousand to 13 they also claimed the service I did get was not 99.00 as the deal was no longer valid even though I mentioned it and it would cost me 200 some dollars for pretty much no help.I called Cardinal sewer they came right away and fixed the blockage within minutes and said I don't need the front yard done.They were very professional and I won't use anyone else from now on.
